BNP announces approach to maintain public rallies in 6 metropolitan areas

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) on Friday accused the authorities of vote fraud in the town corporation election and announced to hold public rallies in 6 cities, demanding reasonable and credible polls. 

BNP’s defeated mayoral candidates in unique metropolitan areas built the announcement at a press meeting at the Jatiya Push Club on Friday.

“We’ve decided to keep 6 rallies in as several city companies to advise the men and women about vote rigging. We want to convey to the folks about their voting legal rights and urge them to restore democracy,” mentioned BNP Joint Secretary Common Mujibur Rahman Sarwar who contested the Barisal Town Company polls as BNP’s mayoral candidate in 2018.
