Two Scottish coastal holiday parks sold by nation’s third-oldest family business

Park Vacations, a person of the largest holiday park operators in the British isles, has ongoing its acquisition drive with the invest in of two coastal web sites in Scotland in a multi-million-pound deal.
Industrial true estate firm Colliers stated it had organized the offer on behalf of Christies Parks, to market the pair of vacation parks, at Lossiemouth and Burghead in Moray, to Park Holiday seasons “off a guide value of £9 million”.
Christies Parks was established in 2006 when Gordon Christie reorganised the historic family business enterprise, Christies of Fochabers, which had been founded by his excellent grandfather, Thomas Christie, in 1820, which Colliers said meant it was recognised as the third-oldest spouse and children company in Scotland. It started out in the caravan parks business enterprise in 1974.
Lossiemouth Bay Caravan Park and Burghead Seashore Caravan Park, which comprise a combined 250 caravan and lodge pitches, reward from sea sights.
