MADISON (WKOW) — The Urban League of Higher Madison broke ground on its Black Business Hub job Friday.

The Black Business enterprise Hub is a Black-led, placed-based venture that officials expect to assistance underserved firms and business people by supplying training, loans, organization coaching and mentoring and instructional assist, among other points.
